Regulations for the Bureau of Taitung County Public Health Organization

Article 1.
These regulations based on the Item 1 Article 8 of Taitung County Organization Governing Act.
Article 2.
Taitung County Government (hereinafter referred to as Government) constituted the Bureau of Public Health (hereinafter referred to as Bureau) to administrated the entire locally public health.
Article 3.
The Bureau had constituted a Director who should execute the Magistrate order to administrate all of the Bureau affairs and command/supervise the personnel and administration. The Bureau also had constituted a Deputy Director who should to assistant the Director to administrate the affairs.
The one of the Director-general or Deputy Director-general nomination if necessary must be according the Act of Medical Technician Personnel nominated the equal rank of Medical Technician Person. When the Director-general can't to be function that will be deputed by the Deputy Director-general. When the Deputy Director-general can't to be depute that will be deputed by the Senior Technician
Article 4.
Organizations:
1. Section of Administration of Medical Affairs: Management of Medical Institution and Medical Person; Medical Quality Control; Emergences Medical Rescue; Psychological Health; Long-Term Care; Mountain and Island Health; Propagandize The National Health Insurance and other concerned with affairs.
2. Section of Food Sanitation: Food Health; Administration of Healthy Food; National Nutrition and other concerned with affairs.
3. Section of Administration of Pharmaceutical Affairs: Administration of Drugstore, Druggist, Medicament, Cosmetic and other concerned with affairs.
4. Section of Health Care: Women and Child Health, Prevention of Cancer, Prevention of Middle and Old Age Disease, Prevention of Industrial Disease, Mouth Health, Sight Health, Prevention and Control the Harm from Tobacco, Health Education, Administration of the Public Health Office, Health Project and other concerned with affairs.
5. Section of Disease Control: Prevention of Infections, Administration of Commercially Health, Administration of Foreign Labor Health and other concerned with affairs.
6. Section of Examination: Public Health Examination and other concerned with affairs.
7. Section of General Administration: Documentation, Files, Seal, Common Affairs, Accountant Affairs, Research, Development and Evaluation, Service, Information, Legal Process and other not belong with the above Sections Affairs.
Article 5.
The Bureau constituted the Secretary, Senior Technician; Chief of Section, Chief, Commissioner, Veterinarian, Technician, Section officer, Health Education Counselor, Health Auditor, Assist Technician, Clerk, Associate Clerk.
The Chief of Section nomination that administrated the Medical Affairs, Pharmaceutical Affairs, Health Care, Disease Control, and Examination if necessary must be according the Act of Medical Technician Personnel to nominated the equal rank of Medical Technician Person.
Article 6.
The Bureau constituted the Personnel Office and nominated the Chief, Officer and Aid to process the personnel administration by Law.
Article 7.
The Bureau constituted the Accounting Office and nominated the Chief, Officer and Aid to process the accounting, budgeting and also process the statistics by Law.
Article 8.
The Bureau constituted the Civil Service Ethics Office and nominated the Chief and Aid to process the civil service ethics by Law.
Article 9.
The above roles, degrees and staffs in this Regulation will be constituted in Staff Strength and Degree Strength.
Article 10.
The Bureau constituted the County, Town and City Health Office and Chronic Disease Center, that accordant to the operations need to constitute the Medical Institution and the Regulation of Organization will be constituted after.
Article 11.
The Specification of Functions elaborated by the Bureau then approved by the Government.
Article 12.
The Regulations executed from January 16, 2000.
The Amendment of Regulations executed from Nov. 1, 2001.
The Amendment of Regulations executed from January 16, 2003.
The Amendment of Regulations executed from June 1, 2004.
