Archive relevant lawsuits against the harm from tobacco.  Establish channels of complaints and consulting for people to express their opinions.  Enforce the Tobacco Control Act.  Promote and develop the service network for quitting smoking.  Promote projects of "non-smoking campuses," "non-smoking restaurants," "non-smoking workplaces," "non-smoking households," and "non-smoking communities" to lower smoking population of our County.  Promote education and publicity campaigns against tobacco.
