1.X-ray examination on the chest
2.Bacterial test: sputum smears and sputum culture

Who should receive the examination?

A.Persons aged 40 and above.
B.Persons aged under 40 but with subjective symptoms in the respiratory tract (cough, expectoration, coughing up blood, chest pains, asthma)
C.Suspected tuberculosis patients referred by Health Centers or clinics but yet receive X-ray examination.
D.Positive in sputum examination but yet receive X-ray examination.
E.persons having contact with patients of tuberculosis
F.Non-open type tuberculosis patients documented in Health Centers and cured patients at the time of reexamination.
